BIOGRAPHY
I’m Gonzalo Rosselot Penice, Argentine and Italian, and I specialize in applying neuroscience, behavioral analysis, and data analytics to high-performance sports. For nearly a decade, I’ve been developing and implementing my own methodology, which integrates cognitive stimulation, neuromotor development, behavioral observation, and big data, with the goal of optimizing performance from an integrated, scientific, and human perspective.
I graduated in Neuroscience from the University of FC Barcelona (SPA), and furthered my training with a Postgraduate Degree in Sports Psychology (Universidad Siglo 21, ARG), a Diploma in Physical Preparation (Universidad Nacional del Oeste ARG), a Diploma in Sports Analysis (FC Barcelona University, SPA), and a Master’s in Training Sciences from the University of Florida (USA).
Since 2020, I’ve been a member of the University Institute of Applied Sport Sciences (Argentina), and since 2021, part of the Latin American Alliance of Sports Instructors. I am also an international Inline Hockey coach, with professional experience in Argentina, Spain, and Italy, and have been part of the technical staff of the national teams of Argentina and France, participating in World Championships and The World Games.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in multidisciplinary teams across sports such as ice hockey, inline hockey, field hockey, football, rugby, rowing, skating, and both Olympic and Paralympic disciplines, collaborating with top-level institutions in Italy, Spain, France, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, and the USA.
My approach stems from a deep conviction: performance is not only physical or technical, but also cognitive, emotional, and contextual. That’s why I developed a methodology that bears my name—focused on enhancing decision-making, complex reaction speed, and cognitive-motor skills, combining technological tools, synergistic physical training, and active brain stimulation.
I work with athletes, teams, coaches, and organizations that seek more than just results—they seek transformational processes, adaptive systems, and applied intelligence in sport.
Today, I continue refining this methodology, leading training programs and international collaborations, with one clear purpose: to bring applied science to the heart of real sports performance.

Can Automation Derived from Repetition Hinder Innovation and Creativity in Sports Performance?Elemento 1 de la lista
High-performance sports training largely relies on the constant repetition of executions. However, the question arises: can this repetition lead to a decrease in the athlete’s creativity and adaptability? From the perspective of neuroscience and neurocognitive stimulation, we explore various viewpoints that invite us to rethink modern training methods.

The Importance of Cognition in Decision-Making for High-Performance SportsElemento 2 de la lista
In the realm of high-performance sports, every detail counts. In a game where the difference between victory and defeat can be measured in millimeters or milliseconds, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure is crucial. However, this critical aspect is often overlooked in favor of physical or tactical preparation...

Innovating Decision-Making in Sports: A Comprehensive Neurocognitive ApproachElemento 3 de la lista
In the world of sports, decision-making is a critical process that can determine success in key moments. Inspired by the OODA loop, I have developed a specialized approach that breaks this process down into four essential neurocognitive phases: Perception, Processing, Programming, and Action.
